With many years of experience supporting adults across all life stages, I have worked in a wide range of NHS mental health services—both short-term and long-term—as well as in private practice. I’ve also had the privilege of working within educational settings, offering psychotherapy to university students and staff. Currently, I practice in an NHS mental health service alongside my private practice, which is based in East and Central London and available online.
Before becoming a psychotherapist, I spent several years immersed in the creative industries—working in fine art, graphic design, and advertising—as well as in leadership roles across diverse sectors. These earlier experiences continue to inform my therapeutic work, particularly when supporting clients navigating work-related stress, performance anxiety, conflict, burnout, or a disrupted work-life balance. I understand how challenges in professional life can deeply affect our sense of self and emotional well-being.
I’m also proud to have been recognised for my work in promoting diversity, inclusion and belonging—receiving an award within my NHS Trust and being shortlisted for the national NHS70 Parliamentary Awards. These recognitions reflect my deep commitment to creating a welcoming, compassionate space for all.
